	Providing volunteers an opportunity to be personally involved in mission endeavors in various areas of service.

Skilled Volunteer labor enables Tech Serve to do it's work efficiently. Equally significant is the impact such service has on the volunteers themselves. Volunteers pay their own expenses, use their vacation time, give of their skills, love, prayers, and encouragement to make each project successful. Each project sponsored by Tech Serve provides volunteer installation. The Mission is responsible for the cost of equipment and shipping. Tech Serve looks for the lowest cost for new equipment. We also buy used or obtain donated equipment, which is carefully refurbished and made ready for use.
